President -
The President is in charge of the whole chapter. This position deals with every aspect of business that chapter is involved in. He makes sure that the other positions are getting there responsibilities taken care of. He runs the Major Executive and Chapter Meetings that take place once a week. He deals with campus and meetings with all of
the other Greek presidents from the other houses.

Vice President -
The role of Vice President in the chapter is to motivate the chapter and make sure that all of the committee systems are getting their duties accomplished. The Vice president also puts together retreats for the chapter as a whole. There are usually two big retreats for the chapter, one in the fall and one in the spring. They are a time for the chapter as a whole to set goals and reflect upon what we have accomplished. Also to aim the chapter in the direction that it should go. These events are run by the V.P. and the President. The Vice President is also in charge of all the Minor Executives and has a meeting with them once a week. The Vice President also puts together B.B.A.'s (brotherhood building activities). He also keeps track of a point system that show the individual involvement of each active member.

Secretary -
The role of the secretary is to record business that the chapter need to keep track of. He sends in all the information to our National Headquarters on time and keeps in touch with them about business that needs to get taken care with our chapter. He takes notes and calls role at chapter meetings. He also posts a weekly schedule of events that are happening on a daily basis around the house to let the members know what is going on. He puts together a phone list of all active members so everyone can stay in touch. His main role is to keep track of everyone.

Fraternity Standards Chairman (F.S.C.) -
The main role of the FSC is to make sure that all active members are in good standing with the chapter. He also deals with people that abuse or bring a bad name to Theta Chi. He makes sure that everyone is paying their bill on time and for those who have a problem paying their bill, he writes up a payment plan for them. He runs the Fraternity Standards Committee that meets once a week to take care of business.

Treasurer -
The main role of the treasurer is to keep track of chapter finances. He pays the bills and makes sure the chapter is financially sound. He prints off bills for the active members. He also runs the Finance Committee meetings that take place every two weeks. He also works with the Major executives to set budgets for each office.

Philanthropy -
The philanthropy chairman puts together large and small scale philanthropic events that the chapter participates in. At retreat, the chapter sets a goal they want to attain for philanthropy hours for the house and works all semester trying to reach it. He works with the Public Relations chairman on different events such as our annual Haunted House and Johnny Holm dance.

Editor -
The editor is in charge of putting together the alumni newsletter called the Phi Arrow. This usually goes out to the Alumni at least once a semester. It is full of articles by alumni for the alumni.

Steward -
The main role of the steward is to take care of the kitchen and make sure that our cook is happy. He gets up every morning Monday through Friday and helps our cook with setting up stuff and moving food supplies around. He is also in charge of putting together Bus Crews that are composed of active members that do all of the dishes, so our cook doesn't have to.

Scholarship -
The main role of the scholarship chair is to motivate people to do their best at school work. He keeps track of grades. He also sets up speakers for our Monday night formal meals. He sets up academic study competitions and keeps track of study hours for people.

Public Relations -
The role of P.R. is to organize different events that Theta Chi is putting on. Such events are all of the Homecoming activities, Johnny Holm Dance, Parent's Weekend, Bison Brevities, and any other activity that deals with the public and needs advertising. He has a committee that helps him with his responsibilities and they meet once a week.

House Manager -
The house manager is in charge of keeping the house up to date and taken care of. He assigns weekly jobs to the in and out of house actives. If they don't do their job, they are fined. He is in charge of buying a majority of the supplies that the house needs on a daily basis. He also puts together spring and fall cleaning, which are a whole week that is dedicated to cleaning.

Alumni Relations -
The role of A.R. chair is to stay in contact with the alumni and work on different events that the alumni come back for, such as Homecoming and Pig Banquet. He also works with the editor to help get articles for the Phi Arrow.

Rush / Recruitment -
The role of the rush chairman is to put together a selective committee that runs Rush week and also works to rush 365 days a year. He is in charge of all the rush events throughout rush week and getting new guys over to the house. This position requires someone to be creative and enthusiastic.

Marshal -
The role of the marshal is to educate the new member class. He puts together their folders that they learn and work out of. He also puts together a new member composite. This position requires someone that is a good teacher and can get the new member class unified and ready for initiation.

Social -
The role of the social chair is to put together social events that the chapter puts on. These events include exchanges with sororities, full risk management parties, formal dances, and just any other event that helps get the active members to be more social and have a good time. He puts together a good committee that helps him out with his responsibilities and works with a lot of other officers to get new ideas.

Alcohol Free Housing -
The role of the A.F.H. chairman is to help move the house towards alcohol free housing. He works with his committee and puts together new motions to be brought up by the chapter that deal with removing alcohol from the house in baby step format. He and his committee also come up with new ideas of things to do that don't involve alcohol. He works a lot with the social chair to make these "dry" events happen.
