Helping Through Haunting
Theta Chi uses Halloween
for Philanthropy

This year's Haunted
House, sponsored by the Theta Chi Fraternity,
raised around $1,000, which will be given to the
Children's Museum on behalf of the Greek Community
at SU. Some visitors to the Haunted House also
brought non-perishable food items, which will
be donated to the Fargo Food Pantry.
The Haunted House was
put together with the help of members of Alpha
Tau Omega, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Alpha
Gamma Rho, Delta Upsilon, and Sigma Chi.
"The mission of
the Haunted House is not only to bring the Greek
Community together, but to give the greater Fargo-Moorhead
area the opportunity to make a connection with
our college students, to help out a couple of
charities, and to have fun," said Ryan Johansen,
President fo Theta Chi. "Running the event
lets you see all of the children's constumes,
and gives you the opportunity to scare some macho
college students."
