The ritual is a powerful document that helps us to recognize our potential as men. It sets standards and goals for us, and it contains oaths to which we commit ourselves to the fraternity and it's beliefs. We are the fraternity of the helping hand; we watch over our brothers and others, assist them in their times of need, and gain assistance in ours. As men of Theta Chi, we hold ourselves to the highest ideals attainable and always strive for excellence in our daily lives, making us stronger men physically, mentally, and spiritually.
